Adam Wallenstein is the Co-President and third-generation owner of Neptune Plumbing & Heating Co., where he has served for over 16 years. He spent eight years as the Director of Service, focusing on service operations and customer satisfaction. Since 2016, he and his brother, Michael, have led the company as Co-Presidents, driving growth and innovation in the Cleveland area.
Under their leadership, Neptune Plumbing has achieved significant advancements in technology, employee training and community engagement. In 2019, Adam and Michael won the Entrepreneur of the Year award. Neptune has also been recognized as a “Top Workplace” for the fifth consecutive year in 2024.
Adam has been involved with MSCA since 2012 and is the current MSCA Chair, advocating for best practices and innovation in the mechanical service industry.
